I've never heard of Patrick Bateman. I always thought Atticus Finch would be #1. I'm sure I've read somewhere that he's the greatest figure in American fiction. Perhaps I'm thinking of the wrong century, 20th century as opposed to 21st century.

I've never heard of Patrick Bateman. Wasn't he the guy on that show Valerie (later Valerie's Family) in the '80s? His sister was on Family Ties?

I've never heard of Patrick Bateman. I can't tell you how reassuring that is. I hate thinking that I'm the only guy that misses so many of these references.

Bob, never feel like you are the only one that misses references. If you miss a reference, just think of how many I miss. I probably miss at least 3/4 of the references thinking that someone is saying what they think, when in reality they are quoting a line from a movie, sitcom, book or etc.
