i've got to be in the lead. i haven't used the New England card yet. Heh, I almost picked the Giants instead of the Pats today, but next week seems tricky to me, and the Giants vs. Dolphins stands out (although playing in London might make things interesting) Actually, now that I look closer at next week, the Titans and Steelers also look good. |

I'm up for it. Do you guys think we'll be able to determine a winner in the remaining weeks?
I couldn't think of a good way to resolve it if the regular season ends and we still have players in contention. We could just wing it and come up with a fair playoff contest for the remaining people.

Weird. There's a dropdown that makes it look like that's an option, but that may be a future feature, and for now, it looks like we can only set it to one game. One thing we could do is to enable spreads, which might make it tougher. I reckon most people could get four weeks in the bag straight up by picking NE, DAL, IND, PIT.  |

Ok, I wanted to see if the Suicide pool would reset properly after the MNF game, and it looks like it has. So we're starting over again and everyone who was eliminated is back in it again. BUT THIS TIME, WE'RE USING SPREADS. The spreads are provided by Yahoo, I'm not sure how dynamic they are, so keep that in mind, while we all find out how it works. If you missed out the first time, I think you can still join us. If we still have people in contention when the season ends we'll do some sort of tiebreaker where you pick one game against the spread for each playoff week and eliminate people that way.
We'll have to waive the rule about "only picking a team once" during the playoffs if it gets that far. I can see a situation arising where a few people reach the Super Bowl still playing, but don't have any teams still unpicked. So you shouldn't have to worry about saving any teams for the playoffs. (but the "only picking a team once" rule is definitely still valid during the regular season)
