I  just returned from a 16 day trip to Phuket, Thailand.  I played two rounds of golf while there.  Loch Palm, the first day out.  Forgot the camera, so no pic's that day.  Shot a smooth 88, on a sweltering hot day.  Not too bad for the first round since the end of Sept.  The second round was played at Red Mountain Golf Club.  I didn't play as well, shot a 95 or 96.  But, I remembered to take the camera along on that day.  The course is built on a reclaimed tin mine.  Enjoy:

Nice!  I love the terrain and cool rock formations around Phuket .  Such an amazing place.  Feels like being on another planet in some areas.

They also do the normal things a caddy would do; clean your clubs, rake bunkers give yardage, read the greens, etc.  Trust me, this isn't a course I'd want to walk when it's 91º and the dew point is sitting at 78=80º.  All courses in Phuket require a caddy.  It was approx. $30 US for caddy/cart.

IIRC, it was 145 yds.  Hit a pw to about 5' short of the flag and 10' to the right.  Couldn't buy a putt that day and walked off with a par.
