That's a pretty good one there, although he appears not to have had his infusion of virgin's blood before this was taken as he looks like he may start decomposing any second.

I noticed that too. I'm guessing it was shopped if only to pull Cheney out of the background. Then again, he doesn't cast a reflection, so maybe he doesn't show up in just any old photography either.
