Yeah it is a cool idea.  And the "modify" button is where the "quote" button used to be, so I keep clicking it on accident. lol I screwed up a bunch of peoples post that way at the other joint.  It takes some getting used to. |

In that case, perhaps you should disable the language filter.  Doesn't seem to work even when it is enabled ... I haven't put a lot of effort into the language filter, I think there are only 4 words currently filtered. What words made it through that shouldn't have? If you want, you can be in charge of the language filter. Just give me a list of words to filter and what you'd like them to be replaced with. They don't even have to be offfensive words. For example, we could make it so that every time someone types in "windows", it shows up to people as "freakin' windows" automatically. Or we could make it so that if someone types "Go Vikings" or "Ditto", it's automatically replaced with "Fu** the Vikings" or "Blow me", so profanities would actually be inserted where there weren't any. |
