I saw some of the video replay on nbcolympics.com. They were purposely serving into the net and hitting it out of bounds. It was so obvious, the audience was booing. LOL

lol, oh yeah, serving it into the net.

I was imagining two teams both trying to lose and making a complete farce out of it...spectacular dives just to make contact on plays that are clearly out of bounds, arguing with the ref for calls against them ("I had a foot fault!"), apoplectic announcers screaming, "Who wants it less?!!"
