Hey Aske, do you ever get a craving for Chicago style pizza in Jersey, and is it even possible to find out there?
I love both New York and Chicago types of pizzas, they're kind of like two different foods to me.
I don't remember ever seeing Chicago style in either NY or NJ. I think Sicilian is about as close as you're going to get, but that's about as different from Chicago-style as typical NY-style hand-tossed is. |

Ha, I think mozzarella might have jumped to the #1 cheese in our house, formerly held by monterey jack. Ranked by consumption: 1. Mozzarella 2. Monterey Jack 3. Cheddar 4. Provolone 5. Parmesan 6. Brie damn, we go through a lot of cheese.  |

I just picked up some gruyère from Costco. One of my favorites, but consumption rate isn't so high since it isn't pre-sliced for sandwiches.

Ha, I just went to Costco today and bought some brie for the wife and son.(I'm not a fan).
I stopped doing the big Costco cartfuls that I used to do and carried 4 items into self-checkout today (well I added a slice of 'za because I'm weak)
