My typical toppings are:
Pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives.
My splurge toppings are:
Roasted garlic, BBQ chicken, japalenos, and queso blanco cheese.
Spinich, red onion, gyros meat, feta chesse, and kalamata olives.
I really do not hate anything on a pizza, in my stoner days I worked at pizza joint
and at sometime or another I put just about everything on a pie and enjoyed every
bite.

Well, I mostly only eat homeade pizza so whatever we have around and how much time I want to put into the preparation add or subtract to what are typical toppings. My Typical Pizza ToppingsIf I'm lazy - just cheese. If I'm not lazy or not so hungry I just want to get it in the oven - any of the following: cheese pepperoni sausage black and green olives pineapple onions mushrooms The pizza sauce consists of: basil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and usually reconstituted tomato paste (however, I prefer crushed tomato sauce). I like to add garlic but some family members don't like it.  My Splurge/Special/Decadent Pizza ToppingsUsually when I know we have all of the above toppings and crushed tomato sauce. And then I add all of the above. If I see some other things that look good, I'll add them, too. That's my favorite, too. But with so many 2-topping specials I usually end up getting pepperoni with either black olives or mushrooms but not both. |
