Metror Sports Triad II: Review

The Triad II arrived earlier this week and confirms all rave reviews.

For some reason it is smaller then I expected and frames the ball well from an alignment perspective.

The feel and sound is exceptional even without weights added. Other newer designs I have tried have a hollow sound and offer less feedback.

Today I had an opportunity to put it to the test on an artificial surface putting green with great results.

For some reason it is smaller then I expected and frames the ball well from an alignment perspective.

The feel and sound is exceptional even without weights added. Other newer designs I have tried have a hollow sound and offer less feedback.

With a bad back this is a 48” broom version, no it didn’t come with a suction cup on the end to get the ball out of the cup. I am excited to now have a putter with new technology and the ability to adjust the weight and take it over 500 grams.

The contour sole is also a big plus since long putters have limitations on lie angle.

I'm digging the Clive model so far.  Only putted on my office carpet, which is WAY FAST, but I'm already seeing fewer pushes, which are my bane on shorter putts.  If anything, the faster carpet makes pushes more likely, so it's promising ...
