Flying Solo

This never happens. I'm home alone tonight until the wee hours of the morning. The children are at Nana's and the wife is having a scrapbooking marathon (Utah thing if not in its origin certainly in its ferocity). THE PLAN:* An Uisce dinner. Not too sure what it'll be yet but will probably include cajun spices and Zatarain's. * Two movies. The Good Shepherd and Blood Diamond. Planned ahead on this and rented them Wednesday night. Home theatre will be played LOUD as God intended irregardless of SWMBO's blashphemy. * Rum. I thought perhaps some Squatter's IPA but it makes me sleepy. * Feed Robert. We're fish-sitting for the little girl across the street. I have to keep him alive. I don't like making little girls cry. * Check in with you lot from time to time. Nah.  That should be it. As you can see it promises to be a most excellent evening. Any of you youngsters don't see it that way, give it 20 years.  |

So what type of fish are you supposed to be taking care of anyway?  Beta maybe? Small bowl with a plastic leaf, doesn't know any tricks, eats four crumbs of dirt twice a day. |
