The capture doesn't reflect the pawn that you moved. Although, it might not have hurt you to leave that pawn as-is for at least one more move.  |

The capture doesn't reflect the pawn that you moved. Although, it might not have hurt you to leave that pawn as-is for at least one more move. Ugh!  That's twice I've done that now. Pawn will just have to follow his orders and go where he was told to go. |

Let's see if I got it right this time. BTW, a fianchetto is more beneficial if you don't have your own pieces in the way. Yeah, I know. I've been working on that, too. However, I didn't want to lose the knight as well, and the probability on that has been quite high. |
