In honor of our Stroh......

w00t!!   

It is pretty good beer.  I got to go to the brewery once, and ended in the board room.  They seriously have taps sticking out of the walls, with stacks of cups.  No *feces*.  I always thought it was a myth 'til I saw it (and drank the *feces* out of it) for  myself.   

Boy, that was a hell of a night.  Still got the tee shirt, I think.

Although they did change the name from fire brewed to family brewed.

This was a pretty cool deal.  I have a buddy who takes these super duper fly in Canada Fishing deals.  Like a 3 thousand dollar trip.  It's the Hawaiian vacation of fishermen.  He's rich, he can afford it.  Seems like a *fudge*in' waste to me, but what the hell.

Anyhoo.  The joint that does the trips does a "Thank You" each year in the form of fish fry.  Where do they have it?  At the brewery, of course.  So the one year, the other dude that goes on these trips with him can't make it, so he brings me.  Oh, brother.

We essentially got the place to ourselves.  We get a little tour, and then end up on the top floor where the fish fry is, and the taps in the wall.  We got there at 7, and left around two.

The Four Seasons surrender.  Marriage, birth of my daughter, that night.

Oh yeah, I even had some of the walleye.
