Paul Pierce blasted for best player in the world comments.



This is not a Tiger Woods situation.  He is the undisputed best player in the world.
When Rory Sabbatini shoots his mouth off he just looks like a *8==>* with ears.

But when a reporter asks the MVP of the World Championship team if Kobe Bryant is the best player in the world, and you don't respond with "Well, actually I think I am."  There is something wrong.

I thought the way he phrased it, he was spot on.

"Q: Is Kobe really the best player in the world? Pierce: I don't think Kobe is the best player. I'm the best player. There's a line that separates having confidence and being conceited. I don't cross that line but I have a lot of confidence in myself."


Don't even get me started on D. Wade guaranteeing gold.
