What with all the references to the "other site" these past few days/weeks I spent a few minutes lurking over there tonight. I hadn't really realized how far things had deteriorated until I took a peek at R&E. OMG.  Eight active topics in 30 days and nary an atticus sighting in the bunch. There are a few good old rules freaks still around - Clivesimmon, Bearcat (why the hell isn't he here anyway?) and St. Andrews (top notch rules head) - but not many. How sad is that? R&E used to be a first class hangout and managed to remain civil while the rest of the forums descended into madness. It seems though attrition has taken its toll. So how about we try to resurrect R&E over here? I know Clivesimmon would be involved and we could recruit a few others. Please, dys, pretty please.  |

Would you like it to be called something literal like "Rules & Etiquette" or something sassier/snappier/more pompous?
