The weather is looking better.
Looks like Saturday afternoon golf, is back on!!!

Watching Silent Hill, finally!!

Stroh, I thought JDerion was going to give us updates on the "big fight" , but there has  been no sign of him...........maybe he is bruised and bashed, facedown in the gutter!!!!!

2 hit fight.

I was enjoying my office, which I have named Fortress of Solitude.  Then I refereed a fight between two doofuses who live a couple doors from one another.  (I disqualified them both for Rules violations.)  While they were sitting on the curb tending to their bruises, I called their wives and ripped into them.

hmmm... wondering why askes' here so early in the morning.... ... it's only 1:15am here

Got up at 6:00am, family still in bed, went out for breakfast.

Went to the course, closed sign up (rained quite a bit yesterday), stopped by the station and filled up with gas on the way home.

Got home, blinking light:message on answering machine, get your arse out here.... they just opened the course, family still in bed.

Drove back out to the course, played 10 holes with Tom, Dean and Jerry...rained out.

Came home, family awake, vacuumed the living room, checked the weather radar, another shower moving through shortly.

Came downstairs to the family room and turned on the 'puter, roamed about.... came here..... posted this reply.

Golf on TV at 1:00pm and will probably go back out to the course around 3:00 and see if it's dry enough to play some more..... otherwise probably go to the driving range and beat some balls.

Not supposed to rain tomorrow so I'll get in at least 27, maybe 36.

Got up to go for a ride this morning, as it's my only "personal time" this weekend.  Printed out my route, left at 9AM on the dot, hit stop-n-go traffic on the brief stretch of interstate just 7 miles into it.  SUV behind me almost hit me because driver was paying more attention to her cell phone that the road.  Swung over to white line (right side of lane) to see how far to next exit, where I could bail out.  Swung back into middle of lane.  Swung back to white line, looked up, and was nearly hit by trailer add-on mirror of enormous white SUV driving illegally up the shoulder to get to said exit.  Thinking quickly, I shouted "*fudge* you!!!"  White SUV slammed on brakes.  Black SUV behind him, making same illegal maneuver, slammed on brakes, skidded, stopped inches from white SUV's rear, and laid on his horn.  White SUV driver looked back at me, seemed to contemplate getting out.  I pondered wisdom of providing free karate lesson, then killed ignition and deployed sidestand.  White SUV took off up shoulder.

I took exit, looped back around to same interstate homeward bound, and went to office.  Cleaned things up, packed personal items away to bring home.  (Part of personal firewall implementation: personal items should not be permitted at work, as they are not work-related and access therefore is denied.)
