I'm thinking they screwed up with the scar on Peter's face. I know that they mentioned it in previous episodes, so he needed to have one. BUT, I mean, seriously, this guy can bring himself back from the dead, and the cheerleader never has any scars, why would he have a giant one?
Plus, we saw him almost get the top of his head sliced off -- yet he didn't have a scar from that!

Yeah, when they mentioned his scar before, I had assumed it would be along his forehead from when Sylar starting cutting in Suresh's apartment.
I'm guessing they went with the diagonal one across the face because it looked cooler.
Either way, it doesn't matter, you're right, it doesn't fit the what I'd expect from the healing power.
So, any theories on how Niki lost her powers in that future timeline?

She was Jessica and died in the blast and woke up as Nikki. And to get over the shock of losing her baby daddy and son ftw she unknowingly and by pure coincidence hooked up with the guy that killed them. At the same time Silar ate his brother and got to be president. Sweet. He got the scar because it was Wednesday and his healy dealy powers were off at the cleaners. |

Perhaps you really are the sukkiest suck who ever sukked at teh internets. My take: Evidently this episode took place 5 years in the future. It looks like they didn't stop Peter from getting blowed up, but I guess he's okay anyway, except for a big scar on his face. Claire looked like she might have been waiting tables, and I think her "dad" might have known where she was. Also Nathan was acting really weird, like maybe he wasn't himself. I wonder if Sylar had anything to do with it? Oh, and Future Hiro's soul patch looks like someone smeared Guinness poo on his chin. |
