New Shows Fall TV Season 2007 - What to Watch?
« on: August 27, 2007, 09:40:53 AM »

Our DVR is looking kind of sparse these days, and we need to add some new shows this season.  I never got into shows like Boston Legal or Lost because I didn't watch them from the beginning, so I'll probably check out a few new shows this time to see if they're any good.  I haven't decided which ones yet, though.

Any of these look promising?  Any other new shows worth investigating?

Bionic Woman
Cane
Chuck

Cavemen

Bionic Woman. Journeyman kind of piqued my interest but it could easily suck donkey balls too.

women are like tornados. In the beginning there's a lot of sucking and blowing. In the end, the car's gone, the house is gone..

Chuck looks like it would be funny, based on the write-ups, but the commercials are beyond annoying.  Are geeks really that good-looking?

I like Kelsey Grammer, so I'll watch Back to You.  The commercials are funny at least!

I'll check out Bionic Woman, but I'm not sure - haven't heard much about it.

Pushing Daisies is supposed to be really good, but I missed the preview episodes over the summer.

Of course, I'm really just waiting for Heroes to start again.   Eek Dance

Yeah, the commercials for Journeyman make it look interesting, but it looks like it could fall into the trap of dragging things out and raising a million questions, then getting canceled.

Oops, our DVR messed up and didn't record Journeyman last night.  Will try to watch online.

I saw Chuck, though.  It was ok, had some funny parts.  I'm not sure how long the premise will stay interesting, though, it seems pretty limited.
