I do not see the buy 2 get 1 free stuff its not an advertised sale add 3 movies (hd-dvd) to your cart (no 1clicks) go through the checkout process to the next to last step (the one before verifying your CC info) if the 3 you selected all qualify, you'll see the price is updated to $40 instead of $60 (assuming thye were all $20 titleS) there's a lot of trial/error effort involved... people on AVS have been playing with it all day not every movie qualifies, and some combinations of qualified movies don't seem to work. LOL to see how it works .. try these titles goodfellas casino mummy 1 that combo has worked repeatedly for many people. if it shows up for you - you'll understand the process and can start toying around with 3movie combos you are interested in and see if they qualify. |

http://www.eproductwars.com/dvd/looks like the paramount announcement, and this free amazon dealy is already having a big surge for hd-dvd if they go combo format only on day/date new releases (transformers, etc) with the new sub $200 player at xmas.... sony is officially dead.

ugh, almost tempted to do the 360addon for a 2nd player $180, 8 free movies (just get some double copies of stuff I already have and sell em on ebay... making the addon nearly free!)

You guys are making me jealous. I'm hoping to HD-up in the fall. Depends how bad these property tax increases hit me. I have some raw land that they just decided is worth four times what it was last year. Have I mentioned how I feel about property taxes?  Anyway, hopefully I'll be on here asking a bunch of stupid questions about what to buy.  |

I have yet to see exactly how badly Davis County is going to ding me (I'm sure they sent me a notice that I failed to read) but I doubt it's going to be pretty. Another money grab by the liberals in charge. |
