Mission, or 'Missionary'?

Chad Hardy wants the public to know that underneath their short-sleeved white dress shirts and muted ties, Mormon missionaries are the same as everyone else.

Well, so long as everyone else has rock-hard pecs and abs that coil into a six-pack.

Mormons Exposed, Hardy’s Las Vegas-based company, is publishing a 2008 calendar of recent missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Each month of “Men on a Mission” tells the story of a recent missionary, along with a picture of him shirtless and flexing. A second picture shows him dressed as he was while on his mission.

Theologically speaking, context is very important.  Song of Solomon is about a bridegroom and his beloved.  Marriage.  Yes, I get you're point: some verses are detailed.  But we are created to enjoy and delight in each other, however, it should be after marriage not before.  And also not by setting our eyes upon someone that isn't ours.

Dude, the guy is hot. There's no way around it.

Isn't one of the aspects Mormonism a celebration of the physical aspects of the human being? They actually have dance schools

Just messin'.   I get the Song of Solomon context fairly well.  Ever see the Tommy Nelson DVDs?  They're often presented in a classroom/discussion format for married/engaged couples.  He's a funny guy with a good presentation.

Figured you were, or was at least hoping.  Smiley

Nope, I haven't seen Tommy Nelson's studies.
