Drinking question

how often do you get buzzed / buzzed+ / drunk? I'm not talking 1 glass of wine with dinner, I mean a 6 pack, or a couple of mixed drinks or a bottle of wine. 3-4+ oz of alchohol in a sitting/evening. At least this weekend: Friday night: check (done) Saturday night: looking good Sunday afternoon: guaranteed (steeler game) Will probably add Monday night too   |

Last weekend was a visit to a friend in KC - so Friday and Saturday were both met.
Most likely only Saturday this weekend.
Usually only once a week really - with a few nights of light drinking during the week.

Usually never but there was last Tuesday while barricaded up in Bandon. Takes special talent to find a hurricane shelter which offers an open bar.  |

It's rare for me too but once in a while I have a really bad week at work and just have to tie one on. Pay for it the next day but what the hell.

1-2 drinks: probably 4-5 nights a week.
5+ drinks: maybe once or twice a month, generally not on school nights.
Mistakes were made and apologies are in order: a couple of times per year.
All of the above are many times fewer than perhaps 5-10 years ago.

I think since we sold the Pub, I have been drunk-drunk twice. I used to get hammered at least twice a week, and I was sure to make an ass of myself at least once every two weeks. In the last couple of months, I have had probably 8 beers, and maybe half a bottle of makers mark total...I've also lost 25 lbs. in that time which I equate to the reduced beer intake.

Before I left the job of 20 years, it was 12-15 beers, or, 4-5 whiskey's, or a bottle or 3 of wine a night.
I quit that job Oct. 6 and I've had maybe one beer a day since, in the aggregate.
Some people take prozac...........................
I'm just sayin'.

1-3 light beers: 3 or 4 times a week
4-6 light beers: once every two weeks or so
Drunk as hell: probably 4-6 times a year only when Van is staying overnight with his grandparents
