Sorry, a bit of a carry-over from FGI.  I happened to post that I liked to eat mashed potatoes as a snack, and well, it turned into a court hearing. lol

i like  pomegranate juice, but never actually tried the seeds in a salad. I usually make a salad with spring mix, apple chips, feta, pine nuts, dried chives and honey mustard vinaigrette or raspberry vinaigrette. Fab! I might have to resort to it during the weekend and meatify it with turkey leftovers.

I gotta tell ya, I'm not a big leftover guy.  I will heat up some turkey, and stuffing, but other than that.  Disgusted
