Kudos to the Steelers for saying "it's been nice knowing you, see you around."  Great player and, other than a bit of pouting last year, a good citizen.  Even when disillusioned with the organization he was a pretty decent egg.

There's are reasons some organizations range from on top to no worse than middle of the pack while others strive in vain for mediocrity.
