Eating: stuffed from lunch (salad with BBQ chicken)

Doing: catching up here in between bouts of drafting documents, figuring out how to sue a company in the UK, and gently advising my boss that his global trademark enforcement scheme is teh sukk, checking out the conference in Berlin that UK counsel just invited me to (the counsel with the female voice and ****y British accent)
Listening: construction equipment across the street
Thinking: motorcycle getaway this weekend!
