nobody gets a speeding ticket around here. we don't have traffic enforcement. Angry

WTF?

What would stop someone who has this from speeding? I can either pay $13/month and get 7 tickets/month or risk it. Speeding tickets are well more then $13. I'd be getting me a Ferrari.

I have a friend who probably gets more than 7 speeding tickets a year! Not sure if they would even cover him!!!

Why would people who would otherwise never think of breaking laws like stealing from a Wal-Mart automated checkout choose to ignore this one?
