Not quite what I thought it would be. Was thinking it was going to be something like what cities had the worst tap water.

This doesn't surprise me one bit. It was the topic of a recent discussion with my best friend. So many things are labeled as "healthy", but if you take a moment to actually read the ingredients and nutritional information, you'd see that many, many, many things are far from it. Some things not labeled as healthy can be a healthier choice than those that are. Even "fruit-flavored" water has tons of sugar added, not to mention fruit-flavored probably means artificial flavoring.
I'd better not start on things that are labeled "100% whatever" that are not 100% whatever, but can be labeled that because they are made with 100% whatever and are processed with a bunch of other things....

I've only tried VitaminWater. I thought it was terrible. A (different) friend of mine was raving about how good it was and how "the vitamins" gave her energy for her studies and classes after an already long day working.... So when Nichole and I were browsing along (she's one of the few people who can make shopping fun, but that's more because of the company than because either of us particularly enjoy it as a pastime) and passed by all the many flavors, we decided to take a look. Well, that's all it took, too. One look at the label and it wasn't for me.

I soooo want a large heath bar shake right now LOL, I had the same thought for a brief second. (until I started imagining eating 66 tsp of sugar ) Baskin Robbin’s Large Heath Bar Shake (32 oz) 2,310 calories 266 g sugar 108 g fat (64 g saturated) 66: The number of teaspoons of sugar this drink contains.
