46/44 at Viking Meadows on Sunday.  I had 3 blow up holes. 

6.  Drive in the water.  Drop, double bogey 6.

7.  Drive in the water.  Drop, double bogey 6. Angry  Quit doin' that, dumbass!

14. Bad drive, hook left.  Bad second shot.  Bad third, OB.  Triple bogey 8.

All in all, for the first real round of golf in over 8 months(18 holes, in order, by the rules, 4 some, etc.) I was happy with that score.

I don't play the "Shoulda, coulda game".  I have some friends, that shoot 90, and say after the round  "Man, if those two putts woulda dropped on the back....."  Somehow, their math gets them to a 79.  I dunno.  After I play, if I would have made the putt on 10........I would have shot 89.

Played my BIL, we played match play.  He shot 81, and only beat me 3 & 2.  He's a 7, and never gives me a single stroke.  Not one putt conceded either.  That SOB. Chair


They also had this deal.  If you bought 5 beers, you got the sixth one free.  Well, I don't have to get out the white board, to show how that went down. Wink

You shoot 90 and BIL shoots 81 and you lost 3 & 2. That's not bad. Goes to show you Match play is a different game.

Good shootin' Fuzz. 

The "what if" game is pretty comical really.  Nobody (including me) ever remembers the 15 mph putt that hit the stick and dropped or the FH thanks to trees, cart paths, etc. 

For me, it'd be about like this.  "Man, I shot 85 but if only...... I woulda shot 93."   Wink
