If the bag was clearly marked with the name of the bank, I probably would make the call.

How about if she kept some of the cash as a "finder's free" but returned the rest? Would the police have arrested her for theft?

Don't the words "finders keepers" mean anything anymore? I blame the Democrats.

Now if I found a wallet with cash in it I'd return it to the rightful owner without hesitation. But if I found a bag of cash like that I can't say for certain what I'd do. I mean it is probably from some evil korperation. I could use $15,000 more than they could.

I would want to keep cash. Then I would start feeling guilty and wondering about who was going to lose a job. Then, I'd return it. Anonymously if at all possible.

I don't play golf anymore. Well, maybe I do sort of. I quit keeping score, started drinkning beer and I started playing better.

That is the way it would go for me as well. I got no problem taking 20 bills from a Wal-Mart automated machine however.

If she'd kept it, I've have driven to Plattsburgh, hung around outside her work, lit a cigaretee when she came out for a smoke break, and made fast-paced comments like how I wanted to stick my hoo-hoo dilly in her cha cha, if you know what I'm saying.
And she'd have the money to post my bail.
