Can anyone tell me which country I should move my family to for the next 10-15 years?  Golf is less a priority than, say, food or housing.

Real estate in Greenland, and Baffin Island (Nunavut in general really) is still pretty affordable.  Of course, you'll need to perfect your hunter-gatherer skills and cope with basically no electricity or civilization... but at least they'll be warming up so you might can wear your chaps in the summer.
