Knives are the weapon du jour for young thugs in England (Ireland too, Limerick is known as "stab city".)  Shootings are relatively rare over there but plenty go home with a blade sticking out of their butt.  In fact, stabbing someone in the arse has some sort of relevance to the punk gangstas. 

As much as I like to go all libertarian on stuff like this I do see the point.   Sad
