Captain TIT,
Are we still one person over?

As far as we know we are BF.

Beattie offered to sit out but I think that might end up being a mistake I'd rather not make.

I think the best way to do it for us is for everyone to play if they can and for someone (by lot) to drop a player at random.

The method behind the madness for this is that if someone sits out (and does not bother to actually play) and then someone who was 'in' doesn't get to play we will be short a result (or more).

Foe example Walfredo has still to play but he lives in OKC and it's been stormy/tornadic/piss wet through here for days/weeks/seems like months and if this wonderful weather doesn't go away for the weeekend he will not be able to turn a score in.

I think to try and overcome this everyone that can play should play and record a score (one spot can be alternates).  In the event we get too many scores the random draw can be made to eliminate one of the rounds (by the dice function in chat by a member of the other team for example).

I don't really care which way we do it, whether we post scores/match ups and an ongoing result.  I'm just concerned that we get as many results in as we can.

Thoughts anyone?

Go you *funbags*.

I hear ya on the rain. We have had cancelations on games that were rescueduled because of rain. I might get lucky and get out tomorrow or Thursday.

As far as assload, our lake, which is 21,400 acres, has gone up almost 2 feet in the past week. That is alot of rain.

Fine idea.  If it pleases: turn in your lineups, just as usual.  Everyone plays (the whole team, if possible -- not merely the named players from the lists), everyone reports scores to me.  If a team's named player misses a tee time or can't get a round in for some reason, I'll blind-draw from the "extra" players' scores to slot a replacement in.

Bonus: everyone's score has a chance of being used on any given match.  Cool
