Figured it deserved it's only thread. (At the very least to keep from majorly threadjacking an already semi-jacked thread. I know, I know... that's part of the fun. But, hey, I wanted to start a topic.  ) Campy's post about stroh's vid clip reminded me of a pic I found while sorting through pictures to put up at Kev's open house. Kev and I burst out laughing when we saw that. I had so totally forgotton about it.
That was at Keller Golf Course. We took the kids sledding there. In the end, we managed to tire the kids out, and Kev an I went down the hill snowboarding style.
Nice job on the vid editing!

Beat me to it on the boa wearing governor. Now I'm worried it's something in the water. Speaking of boas, my cousin has an absolutely beautiful boa constrictor. (Somewhere, I have a pic of me holding it. And no, I'm not going to go dig it out. And, Kev, don't you either.  ) It's still rather young and small (~4' 5lbs), but it really did have a surprising grip. (Yeah, yeah, that's what they're known for.) But you don't realize just how tight of a hold it has until you try to get it to let go. I knew it had a strong grip, but I felt like I might crush it trying to get it to let go. (Anyone in this household will tell you I hold everything like it's delicate - from crystal & fine china to brooms & worms - so that probably wasn't really the case, I was just having to strengthen my hold to get it to loosen its.) Enough of my rambling, right? |
