I actually started with D's and worked my way up.  I wasn't sure how realistic it would be at first and I didn't want to see some 300 lb+ women with FF+ bouncing around.  Once I realized that the boobies would be perfect and not realistic really then I quickly proceeded to the FF+. I found that the medium speed offered the greatest range of motion. The slower speed allows the spheres to fully reach their nadir before slingshotting up to their zenith.

The physics in the animation are pretty realistic IMHO.
