I through a load in the dryer this morning, and just pulled it out.
Apparently, I had a pen in one of my pants pockets, so now a BRAND new pair of jeans and some other crapola has ink ALL over it, as well as the drum inside the dryer.

   I hate that. When we first got our new ones, Karen had some mattress cover thing in the dryer that had a plastic backing. Melted the *feces* out of it all over the drum.  On the plus side, you could sell the clothes to Ragstock, or Plato's Closet. Kids are idiots, and pay big money for clothing that is ruined.

Or maybe only keep things in your pockets that you will need the next day also so you will remember to get them?

I do guy laundry: Everything in, cold water, graphics Tshirts inside out, medium duty, throw it all in the dryer when done, except for golf shirts which go straight on a hanger.
The pen was in one of the pairs of Carhartts, the ones with about 14 pockets on 'em. I just missed it.
