Aargh, I've been looking for our roasting pan all morning. Just found it. I'm behind schedule on the turkey.  I shouldn't have taken that break to make coffee and scrambled eggs. Just me, the wife, and the beagle today, though, so no time pressure. |

Since we didn't actually plan to "have T.G" we didn't really prepare. We are going really basic. Plain butter and poultry spice rub, with some carrots in the roaster. I have never tried a "fried" one. I would like to. I just can't see buying the contraption for once maybe twice a year. p.s. First can open at 12:16 CST  (easier to watch that Miami game) |

But there were three bottles of wine purchased in the last week here (a pinot, shiraz, and chardonnay). And I only expect one of them to survive till the morning. |
