Tough week.

Started and ended with me practicin' take downs and arm bars and nerve pain maneuvers, my "inmate" (partner) weighs about 4 bills.

Sandwiched in there, we had to take a shot of OC spray, this video almost looks like what we had to do after the spray. We had to call for back up on our radios, find a set of keys on the ground, and then fight a dummy for 30 seconds before we could hit the water.

We didn't have a choice, but I took it, eyes wide open, beat the snot out of the dummy.
But that crap kicked my ass for 2 days. The eye that got the direct hit was swolled up real good, and I had a "sinus" thing.
