The only point I chased in that thread was that the Nemesis swelled from 370cc to 405cc when his foundry made new brass casts/molds/masters/whatever, and that the new 405cc head was advertised as USGA-legal without ever having been submitted to and approved by the USGA. "We design all our heads to pass USGA standards" is great, but the fact that previous SMT heads FAILED to pass indicates that the best-laid plans of mice and Tait ...  I had, in good faith, asked Tait, (I'm only using his last name beccause my name is Mike, too, and I don't want it to sound like I'm talking to myself  ), about the fact that I saw a few heads on the non-conforming list, and their status. He jumped all over my *feces* to tell me that it was only a few heads and they were no longer available. It wasn't the nicey-nicey customer service champion he liked to say he was, but more of a 'what right do you have to question me' attitude. That, to me was not the way to handle the situation. One thing about Bryant is that he never shows his junk online. I skewered him with the whole Mugen Kill Kill Kill thing but not a peep. Mike on the other hand......there's lots of stories. It's too bad....he needn't be defensive about his product because it's very good. Most of it. |

4. dystopia is scary.
That thread just really bothered me because it was ugly how quickly people were ready form a mob and destroy that guy. Plus, that was the first time that I had my posts deleted on FGI, and I was pissed.  Werd. The mob thing....makes me wonder if I was ever in a mob. I think I've started things that then became a mob but normally I don't like to join the mob. But junk does funny things to you. |

I ripped everybody! I don't know how long it lasted, but it got many reports, and was yanked. When I saw it deleted, I of course posted a new thread calling FGIMarshal(l) a fascist bastard. That one lasted about 5 minutes. About a month after that I was asked to be a moderator. Huh. Life is funny that way. |

In the last couple of weeks Tait was ripped pretty good on the PCS site as well. Pretty much the SOS, telling the members he knows everything and if they don't listen to him they are dopes. When Tait wants your opinion, he'll give it to you......

You should have kept insulting everyone and held out for the ***Brown Moderator*** position, he looks to have power over more sections. Actually, I'm not sure if ***Brown Moderator*** or ***Blue Moderator*** is more powerful. Or maybe I'm way off with the Power Ranger/Voltron analogy and I should be visualizing you guys struttin' around FGI like Mr. Brown/Pink/White/etc. from Reservoir Dogs.  |
