I don't think it matters. I'm pretty sure the numbers are just arbitrary anyway. Take detailed photos of the front nine, send them to Clive, along with a topographical map of the region, almanac records of weather patterns over the last 20 years, a bottle of cheap scotch, and naked pictures of Rue McClanahan (don't ask) and he can probably come up with something.
