Gotta be James T Kirk...
Picard was a close second but his predaliction for 'coke', 'charlie', 'go' or 'nose candy' puts him down the list.
It's fine if you're chasing a whale, but being DUI behind the controls of a Starship... that's a whole other story.....

I grew up watching reruns of Star Trek. Kirk is the man. Out of the rest I too would have to put Picard second.

Good point, I probably should have titled this Starfleet captain. I never watched that series, but I just assumed he had captained several ships before running the space station. |
