Hey guys. The baby was born Monday morning at 5:10am, but has been in the Neonatal ICU since Tuesday morning. They believe she has an infection and they've giving her antibiotics and doing lots of tests. She showed some slight improvement this morning. The mother is doing fine. The NICU is kind of a grim scene. HTFU, newbs*.  *newborns |

As far as the NICU I agree, I have heard that is the hardest place to work.

Both my daughters spent weeks in the Nicu. One is now a teacher in Sacramento, the other is a lawyer in LA. With today's technologies and advances in medicines, yours will likely be President. Best wishes.
