That is North Wilkesboro (you can see the elevation change in the backstretch when you watch Rudds in car), and nobody got fined back when it was about The Race as opposed to The Show.

This one happened right in front of me. 3500lbs of car doing a 1 and a half pike 10 feet in the air from a distance of a couple of hundred feet is quite the show. It was actually a little scary, because Schrader didn't get out of the car for what seemed like a really, really long time. |

'Kay, so oval tracks are better. Keeps the race tighter, that right?
Without doing research before each race, is there any other way for someone like me to find out what type a track it is? Any good tips or general info that could help?
And also, why are there some D tracks you would keep if you were elected "King of America"? The prestige? To have a little change every once-in-a-while?
